ellen was born in heanly street ellens grandfather george haddon
died in 1919 and his second wife rose james
and son harry haddon moved over sea to family in america.so ellen
her sister elsie and mum lizzie haddon formaly harris moved in to
abbey road.my ellen served in ww2 in the wwrens at hms raliegh
,where she meet my welsh grandfather and moved to swansea to live with hi
however ellens
mum stayed at abbey road then towards the end of her life moved
to 61 oxford street.elsie was in the land army on the farms she married
a harry court for a short
while then married a philip penn after working on his farm in
penn ,still trying to trace this farm and area any information would be
welcome ."
